Mechanical Hygiene & Sanitisation

We do not rely on simple rinse-through cleaning. Between every production run we implement a strict mechanical strip-down protocol.

  • Full Disassembly: pistons, nozzles and tubing are physically removed and deep-cleaned.
  • 316 food-grade stainless steel on all product contact points, ensuring zero reaction with acidic foods or volatile chemicals.
  • Dedicated lines with strict segregation between food-grade, fragrance and industrial zones to eliminate cross-contamination risk.

Total Batch Traceability

In a professional supply chain, data is as important as the liquid itself. We provide a full paper trail for every unit that leaves our facility.

  • CIJ Inkjet Coding: every bottle carries permanent batch/lot numbers and expiry or best-before dates.
  • Production logs record ambient temperature, fill-weight checks and operator signatures for every run.
  • Retention Sampling: a master sample from each batch is stored for 12 months - Physical evidence if a query arises later.

Accuracy & Weight Verification

We eliminate product give-away and ensure you stay legally compliant on every release.

  • Volumetric piston filling calibrated to ±0.5% fill accuracy so a 250g jar is 250g every time.
  • In-line manual weight checks every 30 minutes during a run.
  • Peristaltic and pneumatic flow control minimises aeration so bottles are filled with product, not air.
